Origin
Seamless API Connectors began as a small audit desk in Taipei helping holding companies reconcile subsidiary packs after mid-year acquisitions. The work concentrated on elimination schedules and foreign-currency translation — the points where group figures most often drifted from the sum of local books.
How we work
Engagements stay lean. A senior auditor owns the consolidation plan; staff auditors execute elimination and equity tests; component coordination is written into the calendar before fieldwork starts. Clients meet the same people from scoping to clearance.

- Calendar honesty — if the close is too tight for a full opinion, we say so and propose a readiness review instead.
- Local context — Taiwan statutory requirements and group IFRS instructions are treated as constraints, not afterthoughts.
Relationship to clients
We work for parent finance teams, board audit committees, and occasionally lenders who request a consolidation-focused examination. We do not sell products. You commission a defined engagement letter with a start date, scope, and fee.

Our office is at No.62-2,Sec.2,KaifengSt.KaifengSt.Taipei. On-site fieldwork is common for Taipei parents; subsidiary visits are arranged when balances are material or books are not centralised.
